If your product is marked as Made To Order, it is currently being created specifically for you. Please allow approximately 30 days for production and shipment directly to your door.
In-Stock Items
If your product is not marked as pre-order, it is already in stock and ready to ship. Delivery typically occurs within 10 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information to follow your package’s journey.

Canada:
For all orders shipped within Canada, Earth Angel Frequencies covers applicable taxes and duties — no hidden fees at delivery.
United States:
For orders shipped to the U.S., we do our best to minimize tariffs where possible; however, this cannot be guaranteed. Earth Angel Frequencies does not have control over customs policies or charges. Customers are responsible for any tariffs, taxes, or import fees applied to their order upon delivery.
Returns & Replacements
If your crystal singing bowls arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect, Earth Angel Frequencies will replace them free of charge. Simply contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
If you wish to return your bowls for any other reason, full returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.
